A cozy theme park builder where you draw every path, price every ice cream and ride the coaster you built.

One paragraph

The short version, for a round-up

Amusement Factory is a cozy theme park builder with a bright, stylized look. You start with an empty field, a bus stop and a bank balance, and you lay out everything else: roads, queues, rides, shops, arcades, and a lake with boats running laps of a route you painted yourself. Guests arrive by the busload with their own energy, hunger, thirst and patience, and their mood is blended from everything the park does to them, so a filthy path costs you as surely as a broken ride does. Play the ten campaign locations in order, each with its own land, budget, wage bill and goals, or take free play and build for the pleasure of it.

Long

A feature or a preview

Amusement Factory hands you a field and a bus stop, and the park is the part you build. Every path is drawn a tile at a time, with one-way streets where the crowd piles up. Every queue is laid out by hand, and a line that stops one tile short of the road is a ride nobody can board. Every ride carries a ticket price, a minimum load and a breakdown waiting to happen, and when it does a mechanic has to walk out to it and be paid for the trip.

The guests are the reason any of it matters. They arrive by the busload with their own energy, hunger, thirst and bladder, and their mood is blended from all of it plus how clean the park is, how safe it feels and how much you charged for the last thing they bought. They order a side and a drink with the burger. They stand in line for the toilets and give up if the line is too long. Pickpockets work the crowd, and the cops you hired chase them down and walk them off the premises.

What you build is genuinely yours: a lake dug with a water tool and a boat circuit painted on it, a go-kart track with pits and a starting grid, an arcade floor filling up with cabinets and a claw machine whose odds you set yourself, bridges guests walk over the top of, and string lights hung between two trees. Then night falls and every bit of it lights up. And when the coaster is finished you can sit in the front seat and ride it.

There are ten campaign locations, bought in order, each with its own land price, grant, wage bill and deadline - from a flat green field to an island with barely any ground to a burnt plain with no water on it. Or take free play, pick your purse and build for the pleasure of it. Amusement Factory is out on 10 November 2026 for Windows, macOS and iPad.

Feature list

For a bullet box, a curator note or a store page.

  • Build every path yourself, tile by tile, with one-way streets where the crowds pile up
  • 22 rides, each with a plot, a queue you lay out, a ticket price, a minimum load and breakdowns that need a mechanic
  • Ride any of them yourself in first person for a full cycle, looking around as it carries you
  • Guests with energy, hunger, thirst and a bladder, and a mood blended from all of it plus how clean and safe the park feels
  • 18 shops and stalls, from a sit-down cafe to a burger restaurant to self-serve vending machines, every item priced by you
  • An arcade you lay a floor for: cabinets, a racer, air hockey, foosball, a dance machine, and a claw machine whose odds and prize quality you set
  • A water tool that digs a real pond, and a boat ride that runs whatever circuit you paint on it
  • A go-kart track with pits, a grandstand, a starting grid and races decided by each driver's nerve
  • Bridges guests actually walk over the top of, and string lights hung between anything
  • 6 staff roles - cleaners, mechanics, medics, cops, firemen and a health inspector - paid every single day
  • Pickpockets who work the crowd, and cops who chase them down and walk them off the premises
  • Day and night, four seasons, and rain that sells umbrellas
  • A park that can go broke, a bank that will lend it the way out, and a year-end that can end the run
  • Research across 5 tracks, funded at whatever rate you can afford
  • A 10-location campaign with land prices, grants, deadlines and goals, plus unlimited free play
  • Month-by-month statistics on visitors, money and happiness
  • Mouse and keyboard, controller, or touch: one finger builds, two fingers pan and pinch to zoom

The one thing we ask: please do not redraw the logo, put it on a busy background or set the game's name in another typeface. Everything else - cropping a screenshot, overlaying your own titles, using a frame of the trailer as a thumbnail - is fine and needs no asking.

Video

The trailer is a 70-second film that goes from an empty field to a park at night and finishes in the front seat of the coaster. It premieres with the Steam page, and it lands on the YouTube channel the same day.
